  • Online Analysis:

    1. Place your order: Choose your package and complete checkout.

    2. Get your form link: Shortly after booking, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a link to our online form.

    3. Submit your details: Fill out the short form and upload the photos we need for your personalised colour analysis.

    4. Get your results: We’ll do your analysis and you’ll receive your guide via email.

    In-Person Analysis:

    1. Submit an enquiry: Eithervia the website or email info@koloursbykelly.com to enquire about appointment dates available.

    2. Appointment date and time arranged with Kelly: Submit your payment to confirm the booking.

    3. Receive instructions for your appointment: You’ll receive an email with location, details and instructions for your appointment.

    4. Get your results: We’ll do your draping session on the day. You’ll get your analysis results during the session and be emailed your personalised guide within a few days too.

  • If you do your analysis online, the current turnaround time is approximately 1 week after you complete & submit your form.

    If you have your analysis in person, you’ll learn your results on the day. You’ll also receive your personalised guide by email within a few days.
